Aqua Fitness Classes Description
9 - 10 a.m. Senior Water Aerobics Monday through Friday
6 - 7 p.m. Cardio Extreme Tuesday and Thursday
Cardio Extreme is a full body, cardio workout in the pool. The class begins with warm up, followed by a shallow cardio series. (example , Jumping jack, cross country sking)
Laps are swam in between sets, then moving on to the deep for core strength and resistance. Being comfortable in the deep with noodles and floatation devices is a must.
Cardio Extreme is the new workout for 2010.
8 - 9 a.m. Cardio Saturday
Cardio class is a straight 60 minutes of moving in the pool. Belts, noodles and hand bars are used for equipment to keep you going from shallow to deep. Come join us to keep fit in the pool
