  Topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions.  Served with sour cream for dipping.
Sampler Platter
  3 Wing Dings, 2 Potato Skins, 3 BBQ Ribs and 2 Chicken Tenders.
Veggie Stuffed Portabella Mushroom
  Portabella mushroom cap stuffed with sauteed garden vegetables and covered with melted mozzarella cheese.
 
Cheese Quesadillas
  Served with salsa and sour cream.
 

SALADS

Substitute Steak or Salmon instead of Chicken on any salad for $1.50
Pear Salad
  A refreshing salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, goat cheese, slices of fresh pears and honey roasted pecans tossed with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and herb dressing.
The Back Court Salad
  Grilled chicken served with seasonal fruits, nuts and lettuce tossed with raspberry vinaigrette
Stuffed Tomato
  A large ripe beefsteak tomato stuffed with homemade tuna salad.  Served on a bed of greens with flat bread crackers and carrot sticks.
Balparma Salad, A House Favorite
  A mix of greens with pecan, dried cranberries, slivered Parmesan cheese served with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and herb dressing.  Topped with grilled chicken or grilled salmon.
Salmon Salad
  Fresh greens with basil vinaigrette tossed with capers, artichokes, tomatoes, topped with poached or grilled salmon.
Classic Caesar Salad
  Topped with your choice of grilled chicken or grilled salmon.
Granola Salad
  Garden greens, roma tomatoes, toasted almonds, mandarin oranges, mozzarella cheese and granola topped with thinly sliced steak.

  Seasoned beef topped with tomatoes and green peppers, smothered in our special blend of cheeses.
